Michael Daly, Principal, has lived and practiced law on the Central Coast for over 40 years. The current practice incorporates the law firm of Bede D Hickey which was established in 1970. Michael has built a solid reputation over the past four decades before his retirement in 2023.

Nicole Farrell B.L & J.S, JP

Nicole has 20 years experience working in a legal office. After starting out as a legal receptionist she worked in many roles within a legal office in Sydney and the Coast and is now a licensed Conveyancer. She obtained a Bachelor of Legal and Justice Studies from Southern Cross University majoring in Conveyancing and has held a Conveyancing Licence for over 10 years. Nicole has worked with Michael Daly since 2003 and currently manages Estate Administration on behalf of our clients. An asset to the team Nicole has sound knowledge in many legal areas including: Conveyancing, Wills and Estates, Leases, Sale or Purchase of Businesses and Family Law.

Nicole was appointed a Justice of the Peace, by the Governor of NSW in 2002.
